Lake Arrowhead
Two years ago, when on vacation in Southern California, I visited one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. Lake Arrowhead is situated two hours southeast of Los Angeles, but it looks nothing like L.A. It consists of a lake (surprise surprise!) surrounded by beautiful homes, the pretty Lake Arrowhead Village, and a huge forest with tons of pine trees. The air is so fresh up there, and since we're still in Cailifornia, its basically sunny there every day.

Lake Arrowhead Village, since I was there in the summer, the village was pretty empty. I can imagine that it gets pretty crowded here during skiing season.
